Max Attack!

Couple Max Webster Concerts!
Both, Of Course, Feature Kim Mitchell (Oh He Of The Lanky Frame And Killer Guitar Skills!)...
This First One's From Back in 1980!
Live From The Roxy Up In The Great White North - Canada, Where The Band's From...
To Be Specific It Was Recorded For The Radio At a Place Called Barrie, Ontario...

Nice FM Radio Broadcast Recording! (Check Out That Outfit Kim's Wearin' - Are Those Pajamas?) Wouldn't Surprise Me Much...
Kim Is a Unique Individual To Say The Least, And Max Webster's (Where'd That Name Come From, Anyway?) Music Is Also...
Probably Mostly Falls Under The Prog Rock Banner, But NOT Always...
IF You're Lookin' To Hear Somethin' Rockin' BUT Different At The Same Time - You Can't Go Wrong Here!

Q107 - A Classic Rock Station in Canada, Put On The 30th Anniversary Concert Of A Max Webster Reunion Show Back In 2007!
There Were Other Bands That Participated - BUT Max Webster was The Main Deal!

Nice FM Radio Broadcast Recording Of a One-Of-A-Kind Event!
Recorded at The Docks (Whatever That Is?) in Toronto...
Kim Mitchell May Have Lost Some Hair, BUT Not One Bit Of His Guitar Abilities!
Absolute Killer Setlist & Performance!

The Docks is a relatively small concert facility in Toronto, located...you guessed it...close to the water, near the docking area for local industry...in case anyone cares.

The Docks is not what i would call a 'small' venue, It holds over 3,000 people and it was packed that night. I was there and it was a great night of Canadian rock n'n roll with Sass Jordan, Allanah Myles, Goddo, Honeymoon Suite and David Wilcox. Max was incredible.

Also of note from the Docks show, Peter Fredette (longtime member of Kim Mitchell's solo band) sang Geddy Lee's part in Battlescar and Robert Sibony played drums on A Million Vacations so Gary McCracken could come up front and sing the song, complete with fishing rod and hat with lures hanging off it.

There were rumors that geddy Lee & Alex Lifeson would make an appearance but they did not. But as you can hear in a video from the show people were calling for Geddy.
